The Bear
"Yes, Chef"
Overview
After his older brother’s tragic suicide, elite fine-dining chef Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto returns home to Chicago to inherit a different kind of hell: The Original Beef of Chicagoland, a greasy, debt-ridden sandwich shop. Trading Michelin stars for screaming matches, unpaid taxes, and a crew of stubborn line cooks who refuse to call him "Chef," Carmy must find a way to process his own suffocating grief while dragging the rundown kitchen—and himself—into the future. It's a high-octane, panic-attack-inducing look at family trauma, the toxic pursuit of perfection, and the absolute chaos of the service industry. Yes, Chef.
